When looking to purchase Kratom, bear in mind that it can be somewhat challenging when facing tons of websites choose from. A good practice when choosing your Kratom vendor is to, obviously, look at their website and see if there is a phone number listed on a contact page. If not, you may want to try another site.
If you decide to stick with the site, make sure that they have a viable contact form. If you have questions, make sure the vendors site has good information and contact the company if you have questions that the website doesn't answer. If you don't receive a prompt response, move on. Another sign of a good Kratom vendor website is customer service. Another great way to find a good Kratom vendor is through vendor reviews found online or in Kratom Forums where Kratom users post reviews of products, service and quality. Because your orders are being placed online, make sure that the site has an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate to ensure that your transaction information is encrypted. Upon checking out you'll notice an https://www and not an http://www in your browsers URL bar. You'll also notice a small lock icon as shown in the images below.
Finally, once you've tried the Kratom, you can make a determination on its quality. As a side note, buying Kratom from local head shops is not recommended due to the inconsistency of Kratom quality. Keep in mind, that head shops sell hundreds of unrelated products as their primary focus. A good practice is to find a vendor that only focuses on Kratom and nothing else.
